Children 7 and under will learn from Bible Stories, crafts, songs, memory verses, and other fun activites. It will be a great time of learning and growing!
Children ages 8-12 should go to the morning and evening meetings with their parents and then be dismissed from there. Parents plan to pick up your children in the Conference Center Lobby after the meeting's end.
We provide an opportunity for parents to get to know our childcare staff at the beginning of each week during an open house.
Parking
For Conference Center guests, parking is provided behind the Conference Center Lobby area. A large parking lot is also provided behind the Conference Center building and Heritage Hall on the lower level. Chalet guests have individual parking spots in front of the Chalets. For Club House guests, parking is provided in front of the Club Building and down the front hill near the volleyball court. Guests in Williams Motel and Journey's End may park behind Williams Motel in Parking Lot 3.
For the Handicapped
Parking is designated in front of the Club Building (Dinning Room) and Heritage Hall entrence level. Transportation between the Conference Center and the Club House (Dinning Room) is available throughout the day.
Vending/Ice Machines
Vending machines are located:
- Club Patio
- Lowest level of the Conference Center by the Conference Rooms
- Conference Center rear exit
- Garden Cafe area
An ice machine is located off the Conference Center Lobby on the 304 floor.
Early Morning Coffee
Many of our guests enjoy early morning coffee. The fresh brewed regular and decaffeinated coffee table is located in the Garden Cafe and is available from 6:30am to 10:00am. Help yourself and enjoy!
Someone's Special Day?
Our kitchen staff will be happy to provide very nice special-occasion cakes for birthdays and anniversaries. Each cake feeds 4-6 people. Please order cakes at least 24 hours in advance through the front desk. The cakes cost $12.00 each.
Towel Replacement
Many guests are environment conscientious: the more towels laundered, the more detergents poured into the environment. When you want your towels replaced, kindly place them on the floor and our housekeepers will bring you fresh ones.
Refrigerators
Small tabletop refrigerators are available; should you need one in your room for medications, baby formula, soft drinks, etc. They are available on a first come, first served basis through the Front Office at a cost of $5.00 per day, or $25.00 per week.
Daily Newspapers
The USA Today is available at the Club Building entrance. The cost is set by the supplier.
CNN News, Weather & Sports Channels
CNN News, Weather Channel, Fox NEws, ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPN Classic are available on the TV in the Garden Cafe from 7:00am - 11:00pm daily except during meetings.
Brochures and More
Someone recently calculated that is Word of Life were decentralized into separate ministries, it would total more than 30 distinct organizations. Please look through the various brochures and pray for these ministries as the Lord leads.
Business Center
The Inn Business Center, located just off the Conference Center Lobby is available with computers that have internet access. We also have wireless internet available in the entire Conference Center building and Club Lobby.
