Today the crews are hard at work finishing up ton of different things! We have a group meeting in there tonight… so what does it look like when you are trying to wrap it up… Let me share with you what I saw this morning…

Finish Carpentry - Doug, Shane and Tom… working away on the final details… these guys are class acts… professionals all the way! Making sure everything is done with perfection! We are grateful they realize that we represent the Lord in all that we do!

Cleaning - I saw 7 people cleaning… cleaning window, dusting… and about 3 different vacuums running at the same time!

Sound Booth - being set up and ready to use tonight… it is an all in one center.. Sound Booth, and office where you can get your CD's!

Outside Cleaning Crews - getting the exterior of the building ready to go…

Tile Floor in back is amazing…

Doors on Stage are installed and trimmed

Holding Forth the Word of Life lettering is up!

Pray for the crew today, as they finish up trimming the inside! Also, for the cleaning crews as they clean everything and getting it ready for our first group tomorrow night!

Hard to believe this weekend God's people will be meeting in the new Heritage Hall! Let me bring you up to speed!

Carpet - tonight Terry the Carpet Man was wrapping up the main auditorium - check out the pics

Chairs - they have arrived! Wow, they are awesome… I sat in one today, spacious, comfy… and ready to be enjoyed!

Sound and Visual - done… wow does it look and sound awesome!

Flags are up and do they look nice - check out the pictures! Do you see a country you know, or have been too?

Words on front of stage - Holding forth the Word of Life are now across the back of the Platform

Steps are cut into the stage

Piano is back on the stage! Getting tuned this Thursday!

Lighting - complete… you will love it!

So, I will try to keep you updated this week with the final details… there is a lot to be done! Be praying for the team as they race to the finish!

Week in Review!

This has been another great week of progress… we have had to work around some pretty crazy weather, snow.. rain… snow… wind…snow… but it did not stop the team from steady progress!

The trim around the windows are all done! Walls all finished painting! Drop Ceilings going up in the back room and entry way! Electrical work is still being completed, they are working on that as I type this update! The wall lights are going up and look sweet! They also have all the dimmer switches in for controlling the overhead lighting! The entry doors have been refinished, and are being installed! They look incredible, great job Steve, Tom, Shane and Doug!

Our AV/Tech teams are working hard to get everything ready, I have heard the sound system up and running… it is awesome! The TV and Projectors are up and running as well! You may remember the stage was very dimly lit… the team has installed new overhead theater style lighting… wow what a difference that will make!

Carpet will be a big project… pray for the guys as they diligently work in this area!

The Lord has blessed us with an INNcredible team! Many shout outs to Doug M, Eric C., Doug B., Craig G., Tom S., Leon W., Shane S., Todd P., Adam K., Frank., Kevin W., and many more staff and volunteers… I know you will love their work!

Rolling out the Carpet

Roll out the Carpet… the team is measuring up the pieces and cutting them to size for installation. If you like details, we are talking about 1300 Yards of Carpet and 26 five gallons of glue!

The ceiling in the entry way is ready to go! The entry way will have non-slip tiles installed and we have redone the outside so water will not flow into the entry way. We cannot wait for you to see the new welcome signs as well… you will have to come and check it out!

We have been talking about the Audio and Video… you will see in the pictures the front of the stage, it is has two screen on the outside, and a 60 inch flat panel for the center section. Providing create visuals for every seat in the auditorium!

Pushing Forward

Lighting, Lighting and more lighting! The new interior lighting is up and running! The pictures do not even begin to do justice to what it really looks like! You will be able to sit and read your Bible with no problem. You might also like to know that we have used new technology allowing us to dim the lights when needed, plus it is a built upon high efficiency technology! It gives off a very natural light with no glares and awful shadows! This week we are also starting on the carpet, it is really nice blue that gives a warm feeling to the auditorium.

Did we mention the sound system is being installed as well… we will have three screens across the platform and incredible new sound! More details to follow…

We also are working on plans for the new Heritage section, this is going to be incredible! The design and layout is being done by none other Mr. Harry Bollback himself! It will feature pictures and memorabilia from great speakers like, Jack Wyrtzen, Charles Ryrie, Lehman Strauss and many others!

If this is the first time you are hearing about the Heritage Hall project, let us bring you up to speed! We have totally taken everything down to the outside walls and started anew! To get you excited about coming back up here… here are a few things we are working on!

Windows – All new
Sheetrock and painted the walls
New Carpet
New Seating
New Lighting – You will be able to see and read!
New Heating and Air Conditioning
Heritage Section – sharing our wonderful history!
New Audio and Video Equipment
New Speakers Area in the back!

More Progress

This week has been a great week of progress! The trim is all done around the windows! The wiring molding for the new lighting is getting close to being done! The lighting is going to be awesome, it will be improved dramatically with new technology that is efficient yet supplying a great color rendering! Also, the carpet will be arriving this week… and the installer will begin February 22^nd… if you know someone who would like to help with the installation let our National Volunteer Office know! One other item you might like to know, we are in the process of redoing all our displays in the back of the auditorium… we will have more information to share in the coming days!
